Description
"DODICI CASTELLI" tastes harmonious, balanced with a pleasant sweet note. It is rich, thick and velvety; the color is an intense dark brown and exudes a flavor of cooked grape must and wood.

How to taste it in our daily cooking: few drops are perfect put on beef or fish carpaccios, or to enhancing meat and aged cheeses. It is also used as digestive at the end of the dinner.

Ingredients: Lambrusco grapes cooked must, and acidified. It is a 100% natural product. There is no addition of preservatives, colorants, thickeners.
